A Florida teen excitedly opened the new Nintendo DS he got for his birthday, only to find instead a handful of stones wrapped up in a Chinese newspaper. Wal-Mart claimed it wasn’t their problem, and told the boy’s mother to contact Nintendo. They refused to accept responsibility also, leaving her with a $138 box of rocks. Wal-Mart finally accepted the return, after finding out the same box had been returned before. It was somehow put back on the shelf and sold a second time!
