Optical Dillusion

This picture is not moving.

I know it appears to be.  Click the image and read the URL; this is a jpeg file, not a GIF.  Jpeg’s are not animated.  If you pick one spot on the picture, anywhere, and stare at it without moving your eyes, then the whole thing will stop moving on you in a few seconds.  When you move your eyes again, it will take off.  I had a very similar image a few years ago that I printed out, and even on paper it kept squirming.

*Optical Dillusion – it’s one of the words I use like beautimous, aminal and edumacation.

I just set this as my background. The image quality isn’t quite high enough (a little pixelated) but not so bad that it quits moving.
