YouTube Captions Fail

YouTube now offers closed captioning that you can choose to show in their videos.  I don’t know which (few, some, most, all) videos are affected, but the thing is the captioning is computer generated AND SUCKS BIG TIME.  It’s good for a laugh, but as far as helping to understand what is being said?  Not so much.

Here is Uncle Jay’s singing tribute to the Supreme Court, with YouTube generated captions.  I’m sure they will get better; they can’t get any worse.

Try watching with the volume muted; watch the captions and follow along!

Good luck with that.
