I’m no Amateur Chef, but I’ve been eating my whole life.  I chronicled my attempt at steak fajitas just in case they turned out delicious.  

I spend a lot of time at the grill, but used the grill pan here so I could do everything in one place.  Sorry, but on this occasion my cooking was better than my picture taking.

Grilling the steak to medium rare

Next, green peppers and onions

Steak is sliced and brought back

And dinner is served

I sprinkled with salt and pepper when first putting the steak on, then added fajita seasonings for the last 5 minutes of everything together.  ¡Muy bien
